Recite Sura al-Hamd [#1]:
1
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the Name of Allāh, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
2
ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
al-ḥamdu lillāhi rabbil `ālamīn
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.
3
ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
ar-raḥmānir raḥīm
The Beneficent, the Merciful.
4
مَـٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ
māliki yawmid dīn
Master of the Day of Judgment.
5
إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ
iyyāka na`budu wa iyyāka nasta`īn
Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help.
6
ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ
ihdinaṣ ṣirāṭal mustaqīm
Keep us on the right path.
7
صِرٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
ṣirāṭal ladhīna an`amta `alayhim ghayril maghḍūbi `alayhim walaḍ ḍāllīn
The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not [the path] of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray.
Recite Sura Zilzaal [#99]:
8
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the Name of Allāh, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
9
إِذَا زُلْزِلَتِ ٱلْأَرْضُ زِلْزَالَهَا
idhā zulzilatil-arḍu zilzālahā
When the earth is shaken with her [violent] shaking,
10
وَأَخْرَجَتِ ٱلْأَرْضُ أَثْقَالَهَا
wa-akhrajatil-arḍu athqālahā
And the earth brings forth her burdens,
11
وَقَالَ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ مَا لَهَا
waqālal-insānu mā lahā
And man says: What has befallen her?
12
يَوْمَئِذٍ تُحَدِّثُ أَخْبَارَهَا
yawma-idhin tuḥaddithu akhbārahā
On that day she shall tell her news,
13
بِأَنَّ رَبَّكَ أَوْحَىٰ لَهَا
bi-anna rabbaka awḥā lahā
Because your Lord had inspired her.
14
يَوْمَئِذٍ يَصْدُرُ ٱلنَّاسُ أَشْتَاتًا لِّيُرَوْا۟ أَعْمَـٰلَهُمْ
yawma-idhiy yaṣdurun nāsu ashtātal liyuraw a`mālahum
On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works.
15
فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَهُۥ
faman ya`mal mithqāla dharratin khayran yarah
So. he who has done an atom's weight of good shall see it
16
وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا يَرَهُۥ
wa man ya`mal mithqāla dharratin sharran yarah
And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it.
Recite Tasbeehatul Arba 15 times
17
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
subḥānallāhi wal ḥamdu lillāh
Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah
18
وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ
wa lā ilāha illallāhu wallāhu akbar
and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Go to Ruku, and recite Tasbeehatul Arba 10 times
19
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
subḥānallāhi wal ḥamdu lillāh
Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah
20
وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ
wa lā ilāha illallāhu wallāhu akbar
and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Stand up from ruku and recite Tasbeehatul Arba 10 times
21
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
subḥānallāhi wal ḥamdu lillāh
Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah
22
وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ

and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Go to sajdah and recite Tasbeehatul Arba 10 times
23

Sit up and recite Tasbeehatul Arba 10 times
25

26

27

Sit up and recite Tasbeehatul Arba 10 times
29

and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Stand up for the next unit.
Recite Sura al-Hamd [#1]:
31

Master of the Day of Judgment.

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help.
36
ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ
ihdinaṣ ṣirāṭal mustaqīm
Keep us on the right path.
37
صِرٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
ṣirāṭal ladhīna an`amta `alayhim ghayril maghḍūbi `alayhim walaḍ ḍāllīn
The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not [the path] of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray.
Recite Sura Aadiyaat [#100]:
38
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the Name of Allāh, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
39
وَٱلْعَـٰدِيَـٰتِ ضَبْحًا
wal `ādiyāti ḍabḥā
I swear by the runners breathing pantingly,
40
فَٱلْمُورِيَـٰتِ قَدْحًا
fal mūriyāti qad-ḥā
Then those that produce fire striking,
41
فَٱلْمُغِيرٰتِ صُبْحًا
fal mughīrāti ṣubḥā
Then those that make raids at morn,
42
فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِۦ نَقْعًا
fa-atharna bihi naq`ā
Then thereby raise dust,
43
فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِۦ جَمْعًا
fawasaṭna bihi jam`ā
Then rush thereby upon an assembly:
44
إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٌ
innal-insāna lirabbihi lakanūd
Most surely man is ungrateful to his Lord.
45
وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ
wa innahu `alā dhālika lashahīd
And most surely he is a witness of that.
46
وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ
wa innahu liḥubbil khayri lashadīd
And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth.
47
أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ
afalā ya`lamu idhā bu`thira mā fil qubūr
Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised,
48
وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ
waḥuṣṣila mā fiṣ ṣudūr
And what is in the breasts is made apparent?
49
إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّخَبِيرٌۢ
inna rabbahum bihim yawma-idhin lakhabīr
Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them.
Recite Tasbeehatul Arba 15 times
50
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
subḥānallāhi wal ḥamdu lillāh
Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah
51
وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ
wa lā ilāha illallāhu wallāhu akbar
and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Go to Ruku, and recite Tasbeehatul Arba 10 times
52
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
subḥānallāhi wal ḥamdu lillāh
Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah
53
وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ
wa lā ilāha illallāhu wallāhu akbar
and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Stand up from ruku and recite Tasbeehatul Arba 10 times
54

Recite Sura al-Hamd [#1]:

Recite Sura an-Nasr [#110]:
71
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the Name of Allāh, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
72
إِذَا جَآءَ نَصْرُ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْفَتْحُ
idhā jā-a naṣrullāhi wal fat-ḥ
When there comes the help of Allah and the victory,
73
وَرَأَيْتَ ٱلنَّاسَ يَدْخُلُونَ فِى دِينِ ٱللَّهِ أَفْوَاجًا
wara-aytan nāsa yadkhulūna fī dīnillāhi afwājā
And you see men entering the religion of Allah in companies,
74
فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَٱسْتَغْفِرْهُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ تَوَّابًۢا
fasabbiḥ biḥamdi rabbika wastaghfirh ۚ innahu kāna tawwābā
Then celebrate the praise of your Lord, and ask His forgiveness; surely He is oft-returning [to mercy].
Recite Tasbeehatul Arba 15 times
75
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
subḥānallāhi wal ḥamdu lillāh
Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah
76
وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ
wa lā ilāha illallāhu wallāhu akbar
and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Go to Ruku, and recite Tasbeehatul Arba 10 times
77
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
subḥānallāhi wal ḥamdu lillāh
Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah
78
وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ
wa lā ilāha illallāhu wallāhu akbar
and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Stand up from ruku and recite Tasbeehatul Arba 10 times
79

81

83

84
وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ

and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Go to sajdah and recite Tasbeehatul Arba 10 times
85

Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah
86
وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ
wa lā ilāha illallāhu wallāhu akbar
and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Sit up and recite Tasbeehatul Arba 10 times
87

Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah
88

and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Stand up for the next unit.
Recite Sura al-Hamd [#1]:

96
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

In the Name of Allāh, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
97
قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
qul huwallāhu aḥad
Say: He, Allah, is One.
98
ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ
allāhuṣ ṣamad
Allah is He on Whom all depend.
99
لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ
lam yalid walam yūlad
He begets not, nor is He begotten.
100
وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌۢ
walam yakun lahu kufuwan aḥad
And none is like Him.
Recite Tasbeehatul Arba 15 times
101
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
subḥānallāhi wal ḥamdu lillāh
Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah
102
وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ
wa lā ilāha illallāhu wallāhu akbar
and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Go to Ruku, and recite Tasbeehatul Arba 10 times
103
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
subḥānallāhi wal ḥamdu lillāh
Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah
104
وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ

109
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ

Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah

وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ
wa lā ilāha illallāhu wallāhu akbar
and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Go to sajdah and recite Tasbeehatul Arba 10 times
111
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
subḥānallāhi wal ḥamdu lillāh
Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah
112
وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ
wa lā ilāha illallāhu wallāhu akbar
and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Recite this dua in sajdah:
113
سُبْحَانَ مَنْ لَبِسَ الْعِزَّ وَالْوَقَارَ
subḥāna man labisal `izza walwaqār
Glory be to Him Who has dressed Himself dignity and sobriety!
114
سُبْحَانَ مَنْ تَعَطَّفَ بِالْمَجْدِ وَتَكَرَّمَ بِهِ
subḥāna man ta`aṭṭafa bil majdi watakarrama bih
Glory be to Him Who has deigned and condescended with grandeur!
115
سُبْحَانَ مَنْ لَا يَنْبَغِيْ التَّسْبِيْحُ إِلَّا لَهُ
subḥāna man lā yanbaghit tasbīḥu illā lah
Glory be to Him save Whom none is worthy of being glorified!
116
سُبْحَانَ مَنْ اَحْصَى كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمُهُ
subḥāna man aḥṣā kulla shay-in `ilmuh
Glory be to Him Whose knowledge has counted all things!
117
سُبْحَانَ ذِيْ الْمَنِّ وَالنِّعَمِ
subḥāna dhil manni wan ni`am
Glory be to the Lord of bounty and boon!
118
سُبْحَانَ ذِيْ الْقُدْرَةِ وَالْكَرَمِ
subḥāna dhil qudrati walkaram
Glory be to the Lord of omnipotence and nobility!
119
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّيْ اَسْئَلُكَ بِمَعَاقِدِ الْعِزِّ مِنْ عَرْشِكَ
allāhumma innī as-aluka bima`āqidil `izzi min `ar-shik
O Allah, I beseech You in the name of the objects of dignity in Your Throne,
120
وَمُنْتَهَى الرَّحْمَةِ مِنْ كِتَابِكَ
wamuntahar raḥmati min kitābik
in the name of the utmost of mercy in Your Book,
121
وَ اِسْمِكَ الْاَعْظَمِ
wa ismikal a`ẓam
and in the name of Your Greatest Name
122
وَكَلِمَاتِكَ التَّامَّةِ
wakalimātikat tāmmah
and Your Accomplished Words,
123
اَلَّتِيْ تَمَّتْ صِدْقًا وَعَدْلًا
al latī tammat ṣidqan wa`adlā
which have been accomplished truly and justly,
124
صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَاَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ
ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ahli baytih
[please] send blessings to Muhammad and his Household
Sit up and recite Tasbeehatul Arba 10 times
125
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
subḥānallāhi wal ḥamdu lillāh
Glory be to Allah and praise be to Allah
126
وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ
wa lā ilāha illallāhu wallāhu akbar
and there is no god except Allah and Allah is Greater than anything else
Recite Tashahud and Salaam, and complete the prayer
After completing both prayers, say as many times as possible in one breath
127
يَا رَبِّ يَا رَبِّ
yā rabbi yā rabb
O Lord, O Lord!
Then say as many times as possible in one breath
128
يَا رَبَّاهُ يَا رَبَّاهُ
yā rabbāhu yā rabbāh
O my Lord, O my Lord!
Then say as many times as possible in one breath
129
رَبِّ رَبِّ
rabbi rabb
Lord, Lord!
Then say as many times as possible in one breath
130
يَا اَللَّهُ يَا اَللَّهُ
yā allāhu yā allāh
O Allah, O Allah!
Then say as many times as possible in one breath
131
يَا حَيُّ يَا حَيُّ
yā ḥayyu yā ḥayy
O Ever-living, O Ever-living!
Then say as many times as possible in one breath
132
يَا رَحِيمُ يَا رَحِيمُ
yā raḥīmu yā raḥīm
O All-merciful, O All-merciful!
133
يَا رَحْمٰنُ يَا رَحْمٰنُ
yā raḥmānu yā raḥmān
O All-compassionate, O All-compassionate!
134
يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ
yā ar-ḥamar rāḥimīn
O Most Merciful of all those who show mercy!
135
بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
O' Allāh send Your blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.
136
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
In the Name of Allah, the All-compassionate, the All-merciful.
137
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّيْ اَفْتَتِحُ الْقَوْلَ بِحَمْدِكَ
allāhumma innī aftatiḥul qawla biḥamdik
O Allah, I commence my wording with declaring praise to You,
138
وَاَنْطِقُ بِالثَّنَاءِ عَلَيْكَ
wa-anṭiqu bith thanā-i `alayk
I utter the words of tribute to You,
139
وَ اُمَجِّدُكَ وَلَا غَايَةَ لِمَدْحِكَ
wa umajjiduka walā ghāyata limad-ḥik
I glorify You although Your glory is limitless,
140
وَ اُثْنِيْ عَلَيْكَ وَمَنْ يَبْلُغُ غَايَةَ ثَنَائِكَ وَاَمَدَ مَجْدِكَ
wa uthnī `alayka waman yablughu ghāyata thanā-ika wa-amada majdik
and I compliment You although none can ever compliment You as much as You deserve and none can ever attain the extent of Your glory!
141
وَاَنَّى لِخَلِيْقَتِكَ كُنْهُ مَعْرِفَةِ مَجْدِكَ
wa-annā likhalīqatika kunhu ma`rifati majdik
And how can Your creatures ever recognize Your glory [in its actual measure]!
142
وَاَيَّ زَمَنٍ لَمْ تَكُنْ مَمْدُوْحًا بِفَضْلِكَ
wa-ayya zamanin lam takun mamdūḥan bifaḍlik
And how can there be any moment for which You do not deserve praise due to Your favors
143
مَوْصُوْفًا بِمَجْدِكَ
mawṣūfan bimajdik
and in which You are not ascribed to glory
144
عَوَّادًا عَلَى الْمُذْنِبِيْنَ بِحِلْمِكَ
`awwādan `alal mudhnibīna biḥilmik
and in which You do not incessantly treat the sinful with Your forbearance?
145
تَخَلَّفَ سُكَّانُ اَرْضِكَ عَنْ طَاعَتِكَ
takhallafa sukkānu ar-ḍika `an ṭā`atik
Although the inhabitants of Your earth have fallen behind in being obedient to You,
146
فَكُنْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ عَطُوْفًا بِجُوْدِكَ
fakunta `alayhim `aṭūfan bijūdik
You have been kind to them out of Your munificence,
147
جَوَادًا بِفَضْلِكَ
jawādan bifaḍlik
munificent out of Your favors,
148
عَوَّادًا بِكَرَمِكَ
`awwādan bikaramik
and liberal out of Your generosity.
149
يَا لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اَنْتَ الْمَنَّانُ
yā lā ilāha illā antal mannān
O He save Whom there is no god! O All-benevolent!
150
ذُوْ الْجَلاَلِ وَالْاِكْرَامِ
dhul jalāli wal-ikrām
O Lord of Glory and Honor!
